To reflect the 2012 vintage, this is a great mountain style Cabernet Sauvignon with a deep magenta color. A beautiful nose of new baked chalky red soil, wet rocks, black and red cherry, blackberry and cassis. Overall a very serious rich complex nose. Very pure and deep full bodied wine with a smooth, simple palate with great acidity. Firm tannins to compliment lush multidimensional textures and long finish.
